We are looking for single person to rent the common room with attached bathroom in our 3 bedroom apartment. All 3 bedrooms come with its own bathroom and a large living room and kitchen.
The apartment and the room is furnished: queen size bed, bedside table and built-in wardrobe. There is a washing machine, dryer and a dishwasher.
The room is SGD1900 plus utilities and internet, which we split among three of us. No agent fee. No Landlord. Minimum stay 1 year! Available from 8th of October. We are both professionals and are looking for a quiet and tidy person.
The condo provides two swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, gym, steaming bath, barbecue areas, a clubhouse and a reasonable mini mart. The condo is located at Marina @ Keppel Bay. Sentosa, Mt Faber and Labrador park are just around the corner, just like Harbour Front and VivoCity.
Bus stop and MRT are a 10 minute walk from the condo and from there it takes about 15 minutes to get to the CBD. The condo also provides a daily shuttle service to the MRT and CBD.
